Careers

Finding a roommate is still worse than it should be.

Students pick the person they will live with from a Facebook group, a spreadsheet, or a friend of a friend — and then sign a twelve-month lease on it. Roosti matches people on how they actually live. We are early, the app is in students' hands, and almost everything is still open.

Remote: Work from anywhere in the US. No office to relocate to.
Small: Small enough that you will own something outright.
Shipping: The app is live. This is not a pre-launch idea.

Every role is part-time to start. We would rather someone good gave us ten real hours a week than commit to a full-time salary before the work is there to fill it — and part-time can grow. Ranges are what we can actually pay today, and the final number depends on scope and experience.

None of these quite you? Apply anyway and say what you would rather do. We would rather hear from someone good than fill a box.
